Castlytics Now Has a Dedicated Agency Plan — Multi-Client Workspaces, White-Label Reports, and More
We built Castlytics to solve a problem we kept hearing from brands: podcast and creator campaigns are expensive, but almost impossible to measure properly. Tracking links help, but they miss everyone who types the URL manually. Promo codes help, but they don't capture the full picture. Post-purchase surveys fill in some gaps, but analysing them is manual work.
For a single brand running a handful of campaigns, that was already a meaningful problem. For agencies managing creator campaigns across five, ten, or twenty clients simultaneously, it was a different level of painful.
Today we're announcing that Castlytics is now built for agencies too.
What's new
Multiple client workspaces
Every client you manage gets their own workspace — a fully isolated environment with separate campaigns, tracking links, vanity paths, promo codes, conversion data, and analytics. No data crosses between clients. No risk of showing one client's numbers to another.
Switching between clients takes one click. A workspace switcher sits at the top of the sidebar at all times, so you always know which client you're looking at and can move between them instantly.
Creating a new client workspace takes about thirty seconds: give it a name, set up a campaign, hand the tracking link to your creator. That's the whole onboarding.
White-label client reports
When you share a campaign's performance with a client, they see their own logo and brand name — not Castlytics. Each workspace has its own report branding settings. Upload a logo URL and set a brand name once, and every share link generated from that workspace automatically presents your agency's work under the client's identity.
This matters more than it might sound. Sending a client a link that says "Castlytics" when they're paying your agency for reporting looks unfinished. Sending them a link that opens with their own logo and name looks like a proprietary tool you built for them. Same data, completely different perception.
Password-protected share pages
Some client data shouldn't be accessible to anyone with the link. Campaign share pages can now be password-protected — set a password at the campaign level and your clients enter it before they can see results. Useful for sensitive campaigns, early-stage results you're not ready to discuss publicly, or simply keeping data from spreading beyond the intended recipient.
Why we built this
The agencies we spoke to were handling creator attribution in spreadsheets — copying click counts out of Bitly, promo code redemption reports out of Shopify, and survey results out of Typeform, then manually stitching them together for each client, each month.
That process works once. It breaks down fast when you have multiple clients, each with multiple active campaigns, each using different combinations of tracking signals.
Castlytics already handled the data collection and attribution automatically for brands. The agency layer — multiple workspaces, white-label output, client isolation — was the missing piece. Now it's there.
How the agency workflow looks in practice
-
Create a workspace per client. Name it after the brand — Nike, Lego, whoever. Set their logo and brand name in workspace settings.
-
Create campaigns inside that workspace. Tracking links, vanity paths, and promo codes are all scoped to the client automatically. Each campaign gets its own short link —
castlytics.app/r/yourcode— that you hand to the creator. -
Install the tracker on the client's site. One snippet, one time. After that, every conversion is attributed automatically across all four signals: link click, vanity path visit, promo code use, and post-purchase survey.
-
Share results directly with the client. Hit "enable sharing" on any campaign and you get a clean URL with performance stats, ROAS, a 30-day sparkline, and the campaign's top attribution signals. It opens with the client's own branding. Password-protect it if needed.
-
Switch to the next client. One click in the sidebar. Completely separate data. Start again.
No spreadsheets. No export-and-paste. No explaining why the numbers don't add up.
What's included in agency plans
Multi-workspace support is available on the Growth and Pro plans. White-label report branding, password-protected share pages, and campaign sharing are available from Starter upward.

What's coming next
We're working on a few things that will make the agency experience even more complete:
- Client-facing login — let clients log into a read-only view of their own data, rather than relying on share links
- Bulk campaign creation — import a CSV of campaigns across multiple creators at once
- Cross-client reporting — see aggregated performance across all workspaces from a single view
If any of those would unblock something for your agency, we want to hear about it. We build based on what real agencies are actually trying to do, not what we assume they need.
